Simple rules: take a movie you like, assign horrible unmentioned fates to the real cast and make up a new one. This week, its Hook, originally staring Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman.

Random surly pirates- Robert Carlisle, Michael Wincott (provided he is given a toupee and a speaking role), Guy Pearce, Michael Clark Duncan, Any of the Pythons who need a bit part.
